THE DIRECTORS

 DENIS OSIDIANA- Managing Director:  Principal Architect

Denis Osidiana, is a Bachelor of Architecture Degree (honors) holder, having graduated from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is a registered member of the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS), a corporate member of the Architects Chapter -M.A.A.K (A), as well as the Construction Project Managers chapter of the Architectural Association of Kenya - M.A.A.K (CPM).He is also a corporate member of the Rwanda Institute of Architects - M.R.I.A. and an Associate Member of Chartered institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). Denis having handled quite a number of large projects, at all stages of the building process across the East African region, brings on a wealth of hands on problem solving skills in addition to his experience and expertise to the practice. He is a well seasoned Designer, project manager and graphic illustrator.

KATHY CHEBET- Director:  Architect

Kathy Chebet, is a Masters in Construction Management Degree holder, having graduated from the University of Nairobi, and also holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree (honors) from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She is a registered member of the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS), a corporate member of the Architects Chapter -M.A.A.K (A), as well as the Construction Project Managers chapter of the Architectural Association of Kenya - M.A.A.K (CPM), of which she is the Vice-chairperson. She is also an Environmental Impact Assesment and Audit expert – EIA/EA, registered with the National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA). She is currently a Lecturer at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and technology as well, in the Department of Construction Management. She keeps the practice up to date with changes in construction technology and techniques. Kathy also having being intimately involved in a number of Large projects, she brings to the firm her Construction management skills, in addition to her Architectural Skills.

Joash Onyango- Director: Projects Manager

Joash Onyango, is a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Option) Degree (First class honours) holder, having graduated from the Mount Kenya University, and an Architectural Diploma holder from Kenya National Examinations Council. He has handled quite a number of large projects, at all stages of the building process in various capacities; Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Construction Manager, as well as a cost estimator and planner, across the East African region. Joash is an excellent Projects manager, cost estimator and planner, in addition to his exceptional finance, organization and management skills.He brings a wealth of hands on experience and expertise to the practice.

Nicholas Owuor- Director: Architect

Nicholas Owuor, is a Masters in Global BIM Management Degree holder, having graduated from the Zigurat Global Institute of Technology in conjunction with University Of Barcelona. He is also a Bachelor of Architecture Degree (honors) graduate from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is a registered member of the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS), and a corporate member of the Architects Chapter -M.A.A.K (A). He is a well seasoned Designer, project manager and graphic illustrator. He is a trainer for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other CAD software as well. Nicholas having being intimately involved in a number of large projects in Kenya, brings on a wealth of experience and management skills to the firm in addition to his Architectural and Graphic illustration Skills.

Kennedy Omulindi- Director: Civil Engineer

Kennedy Omulindi, is a Bachelor of science, Civil Engineering Degree holder, having graduated from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is a registered Engineer in the Institute of Engineers of Rwanda (IER). Kennedy having handled quite a number of large projects in various capacities; Civil/Structural Designer, Project Manager, Contract Manager, Resident Engineer, Construction manager, as well as Structural Audit Expert in Rwanda and Burundi, he brings a wealth of hands on experience and expertise to the practice.
