ABOUT US
Icon Consortium Ltd. (Rwanda) and Icon Concepts Ltd. (Kenya) are construction consultancies specializing in Architecture, Planning, Engineering design, and Management of General Construction and interior design projects. Icon Consortium was established in 2007 in Kigali, Rwanda, while Icon Concepts, was established in 2010, in Nairobi, Kenya.
Icon Concepts Ltd is a registered firm member of both the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS Reg. No: 284 A) and the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK Reg. No:139). In Kenya the firm has members registered by both BORAQS and AAK, in the Architects Chapter and Construction Project Manager's Chapter.
Icon Consortium Ltd is a registered firm member of the Rwanda Institute of Architects (RIA Reg. No: A.C02). In Rwanda the firm has members registered by both Rwanda Institute of Architects (RIA) and by the Institute of Engineers of Rwanda(IER) respectively .
The firm has a skilled team consisting of Architects, Engineers, Interior designers, Specialist Consultants and Technicians. Local and international partnerships are formed to work with the firm on specialized projects. Turnkey (Design and Build) services are offered for both new and existing projects.
The firm provides services for both individuals, corporate clients and government agencies, within the East African region.
